Joel was by manager at Hitachi during the years he spent in Denver. He took a risk and hired me into a new business venture and I will forever appreciate his mentorship, support, and leadership. He was also a great family man, and I give my sincere condolences to those close to him whom he leaves behind. I cannot even imagine the loss you are all feeling.
