Not sure what to say?

Dear Judy, To think we were with you at the 50th Class Reunion in Sept., never dreaming this nightmare would come upon you. I picture your bright smile as you rushed towards Loy, so happy he is still as handsome as ever!! I just hope your wonderful spirit can carry you through this tragedy. We are so sorry for our family's great loss and hope somehow you will all be able to let God's Mercy and Love into your hearts and ease this heavy, heavy burden. You all are in our prayers. Judy and Terry,
Just to let you know how sorry I am to hear of the lose of your son. There are few words that can bring the comfort you need at this time, but know how much many of us care. Love, Judy(Hetherton)Nelson

I worked with Joel at Altru and enjoyed my encounters with him. He was always willing to help, and had a way of bringing humor and "fun" into the work day. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Judy, my heart and prayers are with you. I am so sorry for your loss, I did not know your son, but know you, so am sure that he was a wonderful person and will be sorely missed. Zelda M. Stevenson

Dear Judy, Terry and Family,
Our deepest sympathy is offered for your loss of Joel. Though we have no human words that will ease your suffering, we are praying for your comfort and healing through our loving Lord, Jesus Christ.

I knew Joel while he attended college and had the pleasure of visiting with him on occasions in the years since. He was a wonderful man and so proud of his daughter. When I first heard of this awful event my first thoughts were for her. I hope she knows how loved she was. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Judy & Terry, I am so sorry to read about Joel. My thoughts & prayers are with you at this very difficult time. We don't always understand the why of things, but I strongly believe that things happen for a reason. I know the pain of loss, and my heart goes out to you and your family.

My heart and prayers goes out to all of you at this time of great loss. Erica I wish I was there to give you a hug. My thoughts are with you
