I am so sorry to hear of JL's passing Jane. I love how you both would sing lovely Christian songs and when the spirit hit your faces would glow and even tho you both could sing so beautifully it would even get more better. Thank you for giving me wonderful memories JL while I was at Riverside Church of God. I know you are already up there singing with so many gone before you. God bless your family and those that knew you.

My deepest condolences to the family and my dear friend Paula.

With Love to the family,
John and Jackie Hudson

Mary & I knew Mr. J.L. Skinner as "Jay". Jay was our neighbor and friend since 1995. Jay and his wife Jane were the 1st to welcome my family to the neighborhood. Over the last 20+ years we were blessed to have been able to share great conversations, lots of smiles and laughter, joy as well as tears, dinner, prayers, and worship time with Jay. Most importantly we share the same heavenly Father, Savior, and Lord. We'll miss Jay's friendly smile & wave from across the way, as he gathered pecans...

There are so many great memories with JL at The Riverside Church of God. He was a wonderful Christian and we know he will be missed by family, friends and church. Heaven has certainly received a loving member. Larry & Debbie Baker
