I worked with Joel at Fremont Correctional Facility (FCF) and my son, Ben, with him at the Central Transportation Unit (CTU). Such a great man. He was always so fun to be around and always had a joke to tell. I always enjoyed having great conversations with him and laughing more than I can remember. Joel, you will be missed so much.
