Not sure what to say?

My Dear Jody. Where have the Years gone? It has been 5 years since you joined Mom & Dad, and yet You are still so fresh in my Memory, especially Your last weeks that we spent together. I always Loved You, even tho we were apart, You always had a special piece of my heart and I believe that you never stopped caring about Me. We always stayed in close touch over the years. Especially after you told the nurses at the Rehab, Hospital and Hospice that I was "Your Wife". And you still had...

Good times working with Jody, he was well liked and had a great history!!

Jody is forever a LEGEND not only in my eyes but also among the countless he taught and influenced. He was always a calm, cool, collected man that not only expressed his passion for but also passively imposed all of his learning's expressly for the betterment of the Airmen in his sphere of influence. He not only imparted a tremendous amount of raw knowledge to those within his sphere of influence but regularly reached beyond that. He was not only a tremendous asset to the Space Community but...

Jody, I want one more story, one more joke, one more shift, just hear that laugh one last time...

Jody was the kind of person that would help me bring perspective when times were tough. He reminded me that life should be taken one laugh at a time. He was a very generous and wise soul. I learned so much from this man. I was very lucky to have met and work with him when I was in SBIRS. I will keep his words of wisdom and my memories of him close to heart. May you Rest in Peace, Jody!

With love and a heavy heart,

Diego Rojas

I just heard about Jody today--so sorry to hear about his passing. He was such a great co-worker. We worked many shifts on SBIRS together--it was always good to see that he was on the Ops floor--always a pleasure to work with. I will never forget that infectious laugh of his. He will be missed!

Jody was an awesome person. He always had great advice and because of his dramatic life experiences, I knew I should pay attention. He talked about his family all the time and was such a compassionate person. He would bring in food for the SBIRS crews during the holidays, even on his days off. He introduced me to ludafisk, even though I won't be trying that again! "Only if the creek don't rise"!

I truly enjoyed working with Jody on the SBIRS program. He would keep all of us in line and although may have had a gruff exterior, he also had the warmest heart and was dedicated to the mission, always. I am very sorry to hear of his passing and for your loss.

I have great memories of working night shifts with Jody and swapping stories. We worked a lot of those shifts over the years. Sorry to hear of his passing.
