Joel was a wonderful, caring person. I worked with him while he was a Deputy Attorney General. He was very concerned about the citizens of Pa. He was a jovial, always pleasant and caring. I was pleased to call him a friend. Seeing him several years after state government, he remembered me and asked about my family. I'm so sorry for your loss.
