I had the pleasure of meeting Joelle a couple years ago. I ran a specialized foster home for troubled teens in Yakima. Joelle was the Casa for one of the boys in my home. She worked so hard to help this young man. I just admire her tremendous efforts for the welfare of our foster youth.
