I am so sorry to hear about Joey's passing. I told Troy that the thing I admired most about Joey was that he lived life to the fullest. He'll live on through the many memories of his loving family and friends. I will never forget all the good times we had together camping, water skiing, staying up all night playing Playstation games at the Outer Banks. I worked with Joey at AATD, Fort Eustis, VA. He was a very polite and quiet individual. I usually saw him on a daily basis while dropping off the mail. He will truly be missed. My prayers are with you and your family. You will always have friends here at AATD. Annie F. Snow (Ann)

Hi Sue, it's been a long time since I've seen you and Joey. I worked with Joey and Troy on the VA Power software. Joey was a good man and a good friend. I got to meet alot of his other friends as well and they are as good of people as I've had the good fortune to run into. Stay close to them.
