Joey served his City of West with honor. We knew him as a business colleague while working with West officials on a grant for a County/City Park Plan. We will miss his friendly smile. God bless his family and all who miss his leadership.

Sorry for your loss.
2 Cor. 1:9 In fact, we felt within ourselves that we had received the sentence of death. This was that we might have our trust, not in ourselves, but in the God who raises up the dead.
