Not sure what to say?

Dr. Noordsij was my teacher, mentor, and friend who had deep understanding about human nature not only psychologically but also religiously and spiritually. Since you had touched and taken care of so many people on earth, I believe you are in God's good hands. Love you!

Rose informed me today of Johan's death in December. He did his job well and I feel a peace of mind at this age knowing full well how much Johan contributed to my long process of psychotherapy. My condolences to all of the family and especially Katherine, his wife.

Dr. Noordsij - my first and best psychotherapist and only psychoanalyst. Over the years, I saw a few other "psychoanalytically oriented therapists" but they were kidding themselves about what they were doing. Condolence for Arie Johan Noordsij, M.D.

Dear Johan,
It is with a very bereaved heart that I address this epistle to you after your death on a Friday (not unlike Jesus Christ) - December 16th, 2015. You are deeply loved and sorely missed.

Johan Noordsij was a friend and a colleague, whose death I only learned about yesterday. (I was away visiting family out West Dec. 17-24.) I knew of him initially through my late colleague, Nelson Thayer, and consulted with him, and we subsquently became friends in connection with Drew's Graduate School. Although any psychiatrist is intimidating to me, Johan was a friendly person and a very learned man. His courses, taken by several of my own students, were outstanding. I am very sorry...

Sincerest condolences to the family for your great loss. Jude1: 20, 21
