Not sure what to say?

Johanna was a special person. Her work on the grant from the Cass school district for teacher education was the the glue that kept us going. I was pleased to know her and Tom Caskey through the Southwestern Michigan College Museum. The Museum Hands-On exhibits were resources for both children and teachers. Over the years, I was invited to lunch with Johanna and Tom at their historic home. Johanna made the best mac and cheese ever! I enjoyed seeing her loom and her weaving project. ...

I am so sorry to learn of Johanna's passing. She was an essential part of the education program with the Southwestern Michigan College Museum during the summer teacher training program. I will miss her wonderful calm spirit and creative energy. We lost touch over the last years. I treasure two of Johanna's artistic Christmas cards that have been framed in my homes over the years. Peace to all of Johanna's family and friends.

She was an Election Poll worker at many elections in Marcellus Township. It was very enjoyable to work with her. She will be missed at upcoming elections.
