To the family of John, my heartfelt condolences go out to you all on the passing of John. He was a great shipmate during our time on board the USS Claude V. Ricketts DDG-5. I recall fondly of the conversations I had with him. He was very knowledgeable of Navy related things. May God's blessings be upon you all on this difficult time.
