Not sure what to say?

Dear Serajean and family!

I just learned today of John's passing. Almost one year to the day. You may not remember me but I was John's roommate and friend in college at Creighton. In addition, we played in a band for a few years in college. He was the best man at my Greek wedding in 1970 and is godfather to my son, Tony. Over the years, we lost track of each other but I thought often of John and hoped his life was good. I am deeply saddened that I did not keep contact. I heard...

Marilyn & Russ,

Our deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family. At your wedding it was evident how the love abounds in your family. Use that strength to get through these times.

Sera, Marilyn and Joe,

Lyn, Randy, Bill, Jeanie and I were heart broken and shocked to hear Johns sudden passing. Closure will be difficult as we did not hear of this sad event until two weeks after his passing. We really wish we could have been at the services.
John was a loving, very close and trusted friend.
He will be missed dearly.

It's with sadness that you have in your youth departed to the Heavens above. You leaving many memories of all the members of what once was a binding family of your love an effections for all that had touched our lives. Your smiles still linger. Our sympathy goes out to you and your families. With Love Uncle George Alioto Amato and all his Family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

Sera, my heart goes out to you and to Jim and Joe in Milwaukee and Marilyn and Joe. As I was raised with John, Jim and Joe and spent most every other weekend of my life in Milwuakee along with my brother Ray, after their father died this is as if I lost my brother. If anyone could have two mothers, Aunt Florence was just that for me. You and John have been there for me as I will always be here for you. Your family and mine go back well before our births and a piece of me went with Johnny. I...

Dear Serajean and family:

I wanted to again express my heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. I will always remember John as a truly generous and kind man. I met John when I was an unemployed new attorney and he would give me some business until I was able to find a permanent job with the Public Defender. He continued to show his kindness every year when he would give me tickets to one Cubs game so I could have a special outing with my boys. He always asked how they were...

Dear Serajean - Our heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your husband. My mother Marie Miller, and all our family's prayers are with you during this very difficult time. God Bless You.

Serajean and family,
Our deepest sympathies go out to the Alioto and Ferrara families. The funeral mass was a tribute to John and to the love that you share with all whom you touch. May you find comfort in your memories and strength in your faith.
