Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Allen, John and Cindy - I was sorry to hear of John's passing. We spent a lot of time at your house during our "formative" years, and we were always made to feel welcome. During a time when it was "cool" to disregard our elders, your husband and father earned our respect for the manner in which he dealt with us. I didn't know all of who and what he was - to me, he was Mr. Allen, a man to admire and emulate. My thoughts are with you. Best regards,

WE'RE SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS ENJOYED HIS COMPANY WHEN HE HAD TO STOP BY ALL OF US AT DALTON AUTOBODY

I am very sorry to hear about your Dad. Time passes too quickly. Sharon Loehr-Lapan

Mrs. Allen, John, and Cindy, I am very sorry to hear about Mr. Allen's death. I have a lot of fond memories of caroling on the mountain, taking care of Shadow, and growing up with wonderful neighbors. Thinking about all of you. ~ Linda

I remember John with enormous respect. He was a superb Christian, a fabulous husband and father, and a proud American.
So glad I made that surprise visit to John and Doris on a snowy day in 2007 when I was in town for George Crane's funeral. Blessings!
