John Ambielli

Barbara I wanted to let you know I think of John often. He was truly a wonderful man who loved his family we all knew that. I dream of work so often even though I´ve been retired 13 years, and it is always Custom Alloy and John and Jim Q are always in it. I hope you are well and enjoying all your grandchildren. I think fondly of John often. He was a wonderful man and a pleasure to work along side of for over 10 years in the 80´s. I´m regretful that I didn´t hear of his passing til a year later so I was unable to express my condolences to Barbara, his children and Adam in person. In my entire career working at Custom Alloy for John and Adam was the best experience I ever had. It was like family.

Barbara and family, I am heartbroken to just read about the passing of John. I´m not sure you remember me but I worked as a sales rep/sales mgr for John back in the Califon days and then for a few years after the High Bridge move. I remember how happy John was the day Sharon was born. Without a doubt Custom Alloy and working for John and Adam was my best and favorite working experience. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I first met John in the Fall of 1955 when we entered Livingston High School. We became good friends and our friendship grew over the years up until his untimely death. By then we were like brothers. Barbara and John would visit my wife, Janet, and me here in Tampa, Florida and we would visit them in New Jersey and Maine. We were in constant contact during his all too short fight with advanced lung cancer. I can not imagine my life without John in it. I thank God I have so many good memories...

I remember his leadership as his emlpoyee & Christian brother,
and attending a Bible Study with him and Barbara at Califon Methodist while waiting for my family coming from Washington,PA. Barbara and family, may God Bless you , as you remember John.

John Ambielli is one of the most giving individuals we have ever met. He has a huge heart and truly cares deeply. He, along with Barbara, raised an amazing family and we're very proud to be good friends with Karen and Stuart. The love that Karen has for her dad is paramount and this speaks volumes about the type of person he was. Our deepest condolences to Barbara and the entire family. He is resting in peace!
