Looked up Johns name on a whim and found this. Very sad. John and I were the two "bookends" on the class of '72 football team (meaning we both played the end position). We hung out during football season and he had such a great sense of humor about everything. Later we took up jogging one summer and jogged all over Concord together. RIP John and I will miss you.

Dear Patty, Johnny and Tommy, We are so deeply saddened about the loss of John. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and may John rest in peace. God Bless you.

Mark, Cyd and family, I just heard about your brother's passing and I'm so sorry for your loss. It's been a long battle for John and all of you! He's now at peace. God bless.

I loved the times the Ambrose family would visit us on the Cape. Lots of fun with the boys swimming and running around. John helped my mother with painting and odd jobs. She loved seeing him pull in the driveway to help. John was a wonderful husband, father and friend. He will be missed.

Patti, John & Tom,

We are so sorry to hear the news of John's passing. We have so many memories of our times together over the years and those will bring smiles to our faces as we reminisce. Just know that you are all in our prays and that the "big guy" is watching over us.

Dear Patti and boys,
I am so very sorry to hear of John's passing. He certainly fought the challenging and hard fight with you continuously by his side. May all the good memories you shared, in time bring you peace.
Rest in peace, John.

This is very sad news. John was a special friend to me all through high school. We had a special bond through football, bowling before games and throwing the ball around to warm up outside the gym. We shared certain classes together and would "shoot the breeze" about all kinds of subjects. What a terrific personality he had. He was so easy to talk to and great guy to be around. I will always think fondly of him as I did during my high school years. RIP
