John Robert "Rob" Anderson

Rob was my Little League coach in Annandale, Virginia in 1975. He was the Quarterback for the Annandale Atoms High School football team and a pitcher for the Baseball team. Our Little League Team won the local league championship. He was a great guy. We all envied his Clyde Puma tennis shoes.

My Deepest Sympathies to Rob's Friends and Family from Dean Cantalupo. This is very sad news. In the Spring of 1975 (I was 12 years old), Rob was a student and a pitcher on the baseball team at Annandale High School. And at the same time he was the Coach of my Little League Baseball team; I remember a few names, Frank Eberhardt was the Catcher, Jay Dinan at 1st base, Steve Greenwood at 2nd, I'm Dean Cantalupo at shortstop, and Rob had a friend as his assistant Coach and storekeeper, and we...

One of a kind! I'm not sure how Rob had enough time in a day to make sure everyone was taken care of and made to feel so special. I will miss him, his smile and the joy he brought everyone. God bless your family.
