I´ll miss John. I looked up to him as a straight shooter with a firm and sweet testimony of Jesus Christ. I enjoyed a round of golf and with Marilyn a lovely dinner with John & Karen and friends at their home in Maui. May God shine His love and peace upon Karen and all the family at this tender time. John (Geez) was a class act. One of the best stories goes like this: He had a short putt on the 18th hole I believe, to seal the deal. He missed the putt and blamed it on the clouds in the atmosphere, claiming they had moved, and that he had lined the putt up against the clouds and thus the miss. Played with him in Hawaii too. He was a good captain and will be missed, but well remembered.
