Not sure what to say?

I am greatly saddened with the news of John's passing. He was a very close and dear friend of mine for over 60 years. He had a great impact on my life and will be missed. This is to wish my sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the Annand family.

First met John on Oakmont Field, playing little league baseball. From there, we were best friends through Junior and High School, College and Cincinnati. John was one of my Groomsmen in New Orleans. We, unfortunately, lost contact as a result of geographical distance. John was one of the most important people in my life - as was his father Frank and the rest of his family. My most heartfelt condolences I express to Laurie.

Sympathies and prayers from Tucson, AZ to Laurie and family. John sounded like such a good husband, friend, and father, my heart goes out to the loved ones grieving the loss.

I was so saddened to hear of John's passing earlier this month. John will be missed by so many. He was a great friend, and we had alot of good times growing up together in Charleston. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

I can't believe we've lost one of the great guys. John was one of my first employees and became a good friend. Hard worker, all around great guy and always had a smile on his face. His hair always looked great! We had many good times both at work and golfing. My deepest condolences to Laurie and the family. The last time we spoke he talked about all of you. He is and will be greatly missed.

John was a quality person who I relied on many times over the years to provide well researched ideas and thinking. He was a true credit to his profession and I enjoyed my time with him.

Love you

I am so sorry to learn of John's passing. He was such a warm and caring person and always spoke so well of his family. When I needed someone to appraise some property he was really great to work with.

I know that he had some health issues but was doing well when I last spoke with him. Unfortunately, we never did get together for that cup of coffee we were going to have. I did meet the son who was working with him and thought how fortunate they were so share the same...

Very sorry to hear about John. Knew him a long time, and always such a gentleman. He was upbeat, positive, had a good sense of humor, and was a always a delight to be around. A big loss.
