John and I were friends for 35 years he introduced me to beach music and made me aware that I had the biggest award winner of all time of which we celebrated at Beach Music Awards 111. We celebrated the Pat Conroy Day together as well as many personal times with our family and friends. We stayed in touch and I spoke to John just 2 days before he passed. You will be missed my friend but not forgotten! Charles Wallert

During his summers, he would work with his father learning the Real Estate business and they went on to build many projects such as Aragona Village, Princess Anne Plaza, as well as many other land developments in the area. John wasn´t content to settle into the home building and the land developing business and among his many endeavors, started Peabody´s Night Club along with some partners and over the years, went on to have several restaurants in this area.
