Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolences to the Acthison family my mom Lillian mentioned to me that John was in the army at the time my dad and mom were getting married but Johnny made it to the wedding Lillian will always remember John as a great guy

I recall John from my high school years. I used to play in the band with Steve and we rode dirt bikes in the swamp. I went with him on his milk route just to see what the town was like before sunrise. My father was a fireman with him until his retirement in 1985. A good man who raised a good family. I am sure he will be missed by all who knew him.

Dr. Curt Blacklock

My dear brother.

One candle doesn't seem enough I will miss the man who earned his place in the community as well as a special place in my heart. He will surely be missed by anyone who ever knew him Condolences to your family from ours

On behalf of the Schwartz Family, please accept our heartfelt sympathy for the loss of a family friend, a gentleman of honor, integrity, wit, and loyalty.

I will never forget getting lost in NYC with John in a flat bed tow truck while helping his son, and my good friend Glenn. Nicknamed "Grumpy" but honestly one of the kindest souls one could ever meet. He was loved and will be missed by many. Ed Uranyi

I remember Johnnie driving around in that flat bed truck bringing those huge utility sheds from florham park hardware he always made sure he would stop in and chat with my dad before he died my mom and myself want to reach out to the family with our sincere condolences I always enjoyed talking with John.

I certainly will miss the good times I had visiting with John. The trips to the steam shows were great and we even got him to stop for a hot dog once.
