Not sure what to say?

Angie and Jay,
I was so shocked and saddened to hear about John. You have been in my thoughts and prayers. Working at SCB&G was a whole lot of fun. May you find comfort in knowing how many lives you both touched.

Angie and Glenn,

It was with shock I found John's obit. My friend Lawrence LeaMond passed away a day after John and because of my close releationship with his sister, Lisa, I viewed the Charleston obits and was shocked when I saw John's name.

I will always remeber Shem Creek, you, John, and the staff you both created in the early 80's. As Miss Mary (aka the girl with the legs) would say, "a good time was had by all". I remember running into you guys in Key West...

Dear Angie, Jay, Nancy, and Glen....I hope for you all that each day gets a little easier and that you know an entire community shares in your loss because it was our loss, too. May your remembrances keep you strong and your faith help you understand that death is just a passing and we will all be together again someday....and we hope that our friend John has a new gathering place set up for us to all get together and have some more fun. May God bless us all til we get there......... ANGIE:...

Angie: Wade and Lynda were the ones that told me of John's passing. I live in The Bahamas so I am sorry I couldn't be there. Our families have been friends and restaurant owners on "The Creek" for years and John will definately be missed. Prayers to you and your son.
