Not sure what to say?

Living here in Southern California, the news of this wonderful, special man passing didn't reach me until I posted this picture of him from an Albany HS yearbook on Facebook. deserves A "Standing Ovation" In honor of His memory will always be a blessing. In the words of my friend Freebo 's song, Mr. John Bach clearly deserves "A Standing Ovation, A Celebration For a Life Well Lived," and in honor of a "job well done!" https://youtu.be/CmAm8qRzz5E

I am so sorry for your loss. My name is Bernadette Smith Hogan. I graduated from Albany High School in l968. Mr. Bach was my Principal. I loved him very much. He was always, always kind to me and helped me a lot. I live in California and have lived here since my graduation in l968. I just found out about Mr. Bach. It grieves my heart to have known such a great man to have him leave us. But, he's with our Father in heaven and that is where he should be. There, he will be honored.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was a student under Mr.Bach (class of 1983). The was a great principal he would walk softly and could carry a big stick if needed. I have a nine year old daughter that said "Oh Mommy God had another room to fill and your principle must have been just the one God was looking for to fill his home he must had been a good man". I wanted to share that with you hoping in this very hard time it would bring you a smile to know that Mr. Bach was so special on earth God...

The Bach Family:

Please accept my condolences for your loss.

It will be felt by all who knew your husband, father and grand-father.

May your period of bereavement and grief be mercifully short.

God bless you all.

Erin and Family,

My deepest sympathy to all of you. You are all in my prayers.

To The Bach Family,
I am truly sorry for your loss. Mr. Bach was an advocate for the children in the Albany City School District. I have great memories of my years at Albany High when he was the principal. I'll never forget the day I went into his office and asked for new uniforms for the girls track team. He smiled and said "the girls are as important as the guys." We got new uniforms and it made us feel good. Thanks for sharing him with us for so many years.

Blessed are those...

Amy and family,
My deepest sympathies for your loss. I heard many wonderful things about your father during my years in Albany, and would be very proud to have his legacy of life and love.

I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to the Bach Family. Mr. Bach was my principal at Albany High and he was very stern with his pupils. I will never forget the pride he displayed as principal of Albany High school. May God be with you all!

Dear Bach family,
My deepest sympathy to you all. Thank you for sharing him with all of us through the years. He was my principal at the old Albany High School and what a pal he was. I saw him at our last reunion, about two years ago, he looked great. I will keep him and all of you in my prayers, may he rest in peace, he was a great role model!
