Not sure what to say?

Dear Kathy and family,

I was sorry to have missed the service, but you were in my thoughts and prayers.

Bernice Gustaff

John was a beautiful guy and I treasure the fact he asked me to follow him as Chairman of the 2017 Car & Boat Show in Lake Oswego. His contribution to that event, which was essentially his event, was unanimously supported and recognized by all in the form of the John Baines Directors' Award at the Car Show. His sense of humor was subtle and his warmth engaging. I am grateful to have had my time with John.

Dear Kathy and family,

Please accept our condolences, we are so sorry to hear of John's passing. He will be remembered for his warm good humor and many accomplishments.

Sincerely,
Mike and Pam Ingersoll

Dear Kathy and family. Deepest sympathy and loving thoughts, and fond memories are with you.
You have been blessed to be together for so many years and John will be missed and loved always by many friends and family. In faith, never has he gone away, only gone ahead. Thinking of you and your family with caring thoughts.

I was shocked to hear about John. We go way back you and I at Alameda. . Then we all went to Grant.
I felt we became connected when we were neighbors in Lake Oswego. I admired John's intelligence and appreciated his friendship.
Please accept my sympathies.
Warm Regards
Mike McCuddy

Kathy and Family,
Its been many years since I last saw John, but his smiling face, warm greetings, and inspiring conversations, whether at a party, on the street, or at the office, have often been recalled. While I will miss the anticipation of renewing those times, John's memory will never be forgotten, nor will memories of you and your daughter.

I remember John as just the nicest guy, always positive and with a smile. I was his dental hygienist for many years in Lake Oswego and we shared many stories of our families over the years. He always spoke so fondly of his wife, Kathy. And I bet he was a great Dad and Grandpa who will be be sorely missed.
