John Matthew "Jay" Baker Jr.

JJ was a great guy. One of the funniest guys I knew in grade school.

J . J. Was always a great guy and I have many fond memories of him from grade school and high school. While it has been many years since we had spoken I wish I could share some of the great times we had in the past.with him. So sorry for all the family members who will miss him so dearly. My thoughts and prayers to all of you. He was a good man who will be missed. What a beautiful write up about him. Will miss you Double Jay.

Casey, I am so sad for you. Hoping and praying for your comfort and peace in this very sad time.

My friend "J.J." and I went to grade school together. He was a great guy and always had a dry sense of humor. I still remember him putting baby powder in his hair on Halloween and thought that was the most realistic gray hair. Anyways, my dad lives in the Low Country down there too. JJ will be missed.

The John Carroll Green Gators lost a brother. May he find peace and rest. He will always be remembered fondly. My deepest condolences to his family.

Beautiful life story -- we can all aspire to live so fully walk on fire for a friend, be a nuisance on the pitch and beer the opposition. Love to you all.

Casey - I'm so sorry to hear about Jay (Beth reached out to me). Only met you a few times in VA, but recall them as very fun gatherings...including some whipped cream treats for the big dog (forget his name).
