I only got to know John and Betty well the past 15 years or so while we were helping care for our Uncle Bill and Auntie Kay Newey. He was warm, kind, generous and had a wonderful sense of humor. It is so nice to hear stories of his early ventures that I missed out on. We treasure the Bride and Groom Dolls Betty made for us. They were a wonderful couple and will be missed.
Our sincere sympathies to all the family.

Thank you to my cousin Dorothy for letting me know of my cousin John's passing. My condolences to his family are warmly sent. I remember John growing up doing his ventures in canoe racing, bike racing, sking, photography and Christmas at the Baldo's and them coming to us Coull's for New Years. John always impressed me. Thank you John for all the memories and for my first gig as a drummer musician playing for your wedding to Betty. Till we meet again John, peace ... Cousin Cliff

Pete, Melanie and Family,
Our deepest condolences at this sad time. May his memories live on and give you comfort.

Heartfelt condolence to Peter & family.

Our sincerest condolences. John's walks and talks with Misty are going to be missed in the neighborhood.

My sincerest condolences. I worked with John for many years at Drummond McCall.

My condolences to you Pete and to the rest of your family on the loss of your beloved father. You can trust me when I tell you that eventually fond memories of love and happier times will win out over the pain of loss that you feel now.

Claire joins me in expressing our condolence in the loss of John. He was a great friend and an absolute joy to be with during my time in Montreal. We shared many great times not only in business but at many Traffic Club functions.
