John was a wonderful, happy soul with a kind heart. Those of us who had the pleasure of getting to know him during the last 1.5 years, will always remember him as someone with a smile on his face and a glimmer in his eye. What a beautiful obituary written for a beautiful man.
He will be missed.

I only knew John a short while when he moved onto our campus in Longmeadow and we enjoyed him during that time. He was always pleasant and had a wonderful smile on his face. He would remember my name as Annie-Get-Your-Gun Missing you already, John.
