Balint Family & Friends,
Jack was a special guy. He often found his way to my parents (and later my) luncheonette in Pennington Borough (Dyke's Dutch Treat then Emily's). In the early 90's when I first got into the real estate business he would often share tips and offer words of advice & encouragement. If "nice guy" was defined in the dictionary Jack's picture would be nexto it.
He will be missed.
As ever, Emily (VanDyke) Schwab & family

Dear Courtenay & Balint Family:
Joan, the boys, and I are deeply saddened to learn of Jack's passing. As neighbors, and friends for nearly 25 years, we came to appreciate Jack's many attributes. His easy demeanor, his quick offer of help in any situation, and his just being an all around nice guy. I learned of his illness when visiting New Jersey last January from our friends at the Diner. I sent a note, and wished him well; now I wish him pain free peace for all eternity.
