John F. Barnacle Sr.

I met Mr. Barnacle in 1991 at Castner Knotts Dept store. He came in to buy some shoes. He told me about being in the 450 Bomb Group and how he survived. I still remember his story to this day and every time I see a B-24 I remember him. He gave me his business card. That conversation changed my life. A few weeks later I saw him on TV doing an interview about the WWII Bomb Group. RIP Mr. Barnacle.
