Not sure what to say?

I served with John on the PWC Federal Credit Union Board of Directors. He had a passion for giving his all to help the credit union and its members, with joy and flare. Thank-you, John, you will be missed. May God Bless you and your family. Take comfort in God.

John was truly a leader in every sense of the word. He was devoted to Scouting and teaching youth to be everything they could be. He lead by example not by talk. John will be surely missed in Scouting as well as the community. It has been an honor to know and work with him over the years.

I enjoyed serving with John on the Navy PWC Federal Credit Union Board of Directors for many years. My heartfelt sympathies to his family

I have known and admired John Barnes for many years. He represented the kind of youth leader that demanded respect. He had little time for those who only talked. John believed in action, and while some of us talked about what needed to be done, John was busy doing it. We owe him a great deal for the work he volunteered at the scout camp.

John, I enjoyed many years of knowing you and working with you. You were one in a million. You have gone to the great master of all scouts and will be sorely missed here.

I met John when I joined Boy Scouts 25 years ago and has been a true inspiration during my Scouting tenure. He gave his time unselfishly and the dedication to Scouting was truly remarkable. Thanks John.
