Dear Barney Family,

I have many pleasant recollections of working with John during my 20 years of law practice in Ithaca and was very saddened to learn of his passing. My sincere condolences over your loss.

Joyce & Family, please know that we offer our sympathy on the loss of John. He has been a friend and a competent lawyer for me for over 30 years. He helped me start Ithaca Peripherals (now Transact Tech across from the Post Office) in 1983. He also helped Karen and I in many issues including our wills. He was always kind and understanding and worked at the highest professional level on every project. He will be remembered for a long time and sorely missed.
