In memory to John, borrowing a line from one of my favorite songs, "your candle burned out way too soon".

I have to say, Karen, that John was one of the kindest people I have met in my real estate business. Working with you guys was always a very pleasurable experience. I am sorry he is physically gone and I'm sure you miss him terribly. I am convinced in my own beliefs that birth isn't the beginning and death of the body is not the end.
