Not sure what to say?

Dear Pap,
I'm certainly glad that I had the opportunity to know you, especially since Cathy and I were together. It's not the same without you at the farm. Everyone really misses you. One thing sticks in my mind, me walking in the house after being outside working and you sitting at the kitchen table and you asking "How about a soda ?" I believe I think about that every day. I'll always remember the times we spent together whether it be sitting on the patio or out in the field...

Dear Pap,
It's hard to believe that when I go to the farm you are not there. I was always used to seeing you either sitting in the kitchen or in the living room in your favorite chair watching t.v. There are so many things that I will always remember. For example, fixing the fence, painting the buildings or just keeping the farm looking nice like you and Gram liked it. I'll always cherish the times we spent sitting on the patio and also all the stories you told about how things...

John was a man of steel. He worked for Bethlehem Steel for 35 years. Family and friends remember him carrying his black metal lunch bucket. Emma would fix him some cold cuts and chips or tomatoes with sugar and vinegar. If was lucky, he got a quarter-cut piece of pie. He loved pies, whether they be pumpkin or mince-meat.
He loved milkshakes and...

May Pap now rest in peace with no more suffering or pain. He was admired so much by his family and friends. He truly was a great person. He is and will be missed so dearly. Day or night, Pap always had a smile on his face. Even til his last day with us here, he would share that beautiful smile with us all. Rest well now Pap, enjoy the journey through heaven with your precious daughter, "Aunt Janice" by your side. God Bless Always!
