I have many fond childhood memories.We spent many summers vacationing in Maine.He will always be the "shark". He was one of my dad's best friends. I picture John with a cigar hanging out of the side of his mouth with a big smile on his face. If God allows horse racing in heaven I hear my dad saying"So JB who do you think we should bet on?" I send my heart felt condolences to Lori,Deb, Mark and Carol.

I knew him as the "shark." I have so many fond memories of vacationing in Ocean Park, Maine with the whole Battistoni family. He was one of my father´s dearest friends. I take comfort that if there is a racetrack in heaven he and my dad are picking some winning ponies.
