Not sure what to say?

I am looking at Johnny's photo from his funeral service (pinned up at my computer desk) as I type this, and having re-read the prior entries on this forum, the positive memories of John are flooding in. Hard to believe it has been five years. Having Josephine still in our lives is a blessing.

Johnny was a special man who is sorely missed by his many friends. I will be forever indebted to John for his medical advice that may have saved my life. I have known Johnny and Josephine since I was 12 at Citrus Grove Jr. High and cherished a friendship with them from our days at Miami High until Johnny's passing and continues today with Josephine. Not only was Johnny a kind and caring gentleman, his work in the medical field benefited thousands. Continue resting in peace, my friend. ...

Will never forget you, Johnny, my friend from junior high. You were a special guy. I credit you for encouraging me to pursue a medical condition that resulted in a surgery that likely saved me life.

DearJo,I've known you and Johnny forever and was so saddened to hear of his passing. You both were such an inspiration to me. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. God bless and take care. I continue to think of you two with much love and admiration.

Dear Jo, Neil and I are very sad to hear this news about John. We missed seeing you this year. We have wonderful memories of chatting with John each summer. Sending our prayers to you and your family.

Thoughts and prayers are with you. Glad I had the opportunity to meet you through brookdale with my Dad Jim.

Maryann and I were saddened to learn of John's passing. He was a fine man and an excellent radiologist. It was a pleasure to work with him when we were both at Winter Haven Hospital. I know that he will be missed.

Please accept our sincere regrets on the death of our friend Johnny. He was a very special person and doctor.
Our prayers are with you all.

I know that Johnny will be missed but I also know that he will never have to suffer again. He is with the Lord.
Praying for all
