I worked many years with Dr. Bellizzi. We would talk about my heritage. I am a descendant of W. E. B. Du Bois. He knew a lot of history about my ancestor. My father was the cousin of W. E. B. Du Bois. We would talked about my family history and how my father and his siblings were brought up in Great Barrington. He was such a gentle Giant. The patients loved him here, he had a very good bedside manner and he was a great listener. We will truly miss him...we will also miss his water...
