I love you so very much.

Dear Granddaddy,

You were such an inspiration in my life. You created a foundation in our family that will live through out the years to come. You are the reason why I am here today, and I am honored to have such a great man in my life. I Love you.

Dear Jim,

I have known you since I was 15 years old so this is hard for me to be writing to you like this but I wanted you to know how honored to have been your son-in-law and friend. You were and will always be my mentor in life. You were a great father-in-law and I thank you for that.

To my beloved "Father"
John James Bennett, III

To me and in my heart, you were such a soft and gentle hearted man with a very strong will for life and a great and wonderful role model as our Dad and for others, and forever and always an Officer and a gentleman by all who knew you and one who you always put our family and country first.

I already miss you so very, very much and though I know that you would not want me to worry or be sad, but my heart is so heavy right now and...

Jim was there when I first signed on at ZJX in 1957. He was there while I trained as an assistant and then as a controller. Jims humor, kindness and understanding helped a lot of us through or early careers. A true gentleman. The world will be a poorer place without him.

Aunt Margie, Nancy, Bobbie and Ricky, may God bless you, Laura and your families. Your Dad's humor was always appreciated. You all made a loving impact on the lives of the others you touched. I will always cherish the fond stories my Mom and Aunt Faye shared with all of our family on those times spent with you.

May your Dad and Sister be comforted in Heaven.

Love,
Cousin Debbie
