Not sure what to say?

John was always ready to listen attentively

Bill and Maureen in Idaho in 1964

I am sorry to hear of John Bennett's passing. As a student at Empire State College's Harry Van Arsdale Jr School for Labor Studies, John was my student advisor, mentor, and friend. I will always be appreciative of his guidance, encouragement and friendship.

Bill was my Scoutmaster 60+ years ago and such a wonderful man and mentor. Rest in Peace Bill... a life well lived.
Phil Ryan

We are so sorry on the passing of John Bennett. I took care of Bill for 6 months and got to know him well! My well wishes to the family!
Lydia Frazee

My very deep sympathy. When I retired, I met and worked with John in MSAC for twenty years. I live in Boston, but we went to meetings together and communicated by phone, letter and email to build that organization. Unlike me, John was sweet as he worked to make life better and to remedy injustice and was unfailingly kind. He will be missed and I will miss him

I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I was his housekeeper for about 6 years up until he had to go to Heritage Hall. He was a very smart and interesting man to talk to. He was always very polite, considerate and showed appreciation for the work I did around the condo. He will be missed.

You will be missed John, but know you have been a shining example of good leadership for the members of MSAC. We will continue to carry on the advocacy for senior rights, which are human rights in your name and the name of the other warriors we have lost.
