Not sure what to say?

I wanted to post an update to the family today. Our daughter was born and Dr. Bennitt recommended us to be the adoptive parents for another patient of his. I provided the first story to this site. Last year about this time our daughter moved back to the area from southern California and then began work at a local hospital where she is working today as an RN. I think if Dr. Bennitt heard that he would be very pleased.

I remember Dr. Bennitt as being a very caring physician. I was a patient and he tried to help me conceive. It did not work and I opted out of IVF. Then I sent out 6,000 letters to various doctors in the western states. He was on the list so I addressed the letter to the nurse. He recommended me to another patient and we brought home our daughter the day she was born! Our daughter is now an ER nurse. Thanks to Dr. Bennitt we had our baby girl! I will always have fond memories of Dr. Bennitt.

we think of John all the time! we loved john and we love you irene! We will always remember the good times!!!!!

Dear Irene.....what can I say? Our neighborhood will never be the same. John was one of a kind and I will miss him. Who will I argue with now?
My heart goes out to you and your family.....
Much love....

Each memory I have of my many interactions with Dr B is a warm and wonderful one. Not only had Dr. B delivered my 4 kiddos but he was always a supporter, a friend and a great guy! I'm so pleased I was able to talk with him recently and tell him I love him. My thoughts are with Irene and his children whom he often spoke so exitedly about.

Dear Irene,
My heart and prayers go out to you and your family during this difficult time. I am honorned & very lucky to had worked side by side with John during my eight years at AMOG. He was a great man, excellent mentor, a class act and a terrific boss.
