Not sure what to say?

Dear Bernheisel Family, I have many fond memories of Pastor Bernheisel from childhood. I grew up in Mifflinburg and attended First Evangeliclal Lutheran Church. His warm smile always made my Sunday mornings so complete. May you find comfort and peace in the days ahead. He touched many hearts in Mifflinburg. God's Peace to you. ?Gwen Watson Hull

My sincerest sympathy to the Bernheisel family. A good man has been lost, but his legacy has not. May you rest in peace, sir.

Rev. Bernheisel was a loving and happy man. I will miss his smiles on Sunday mornings. May God bless the family with peace and comfort.

I will always remember his smiling face and friendly demeanor. Sincere sympathies to his family.

To Dorcas and Family: My condolences on the passing of Rev. Bernheisel. He was a kind man who I enjoyed seeing regularly at St. Matthew. Always happy and smiling, his presence will be missed. May God's arms wrap you in loving comfort and peace at this time.

RIP Pastor Johnny B as my father called him. It seems he was ingrained in my life and in fact I believe he picked up a hammer to help dad when he was building his cabin. He visited our family often and will be greatly missed.

I will miss you very much Pop Pop. Praying for all of our family.
