about my putter. It won me many tournments and he wanted to buy it back but I would not sell. This created an ongoing friendship. He came to our house and ate more than once. He was an awesome guy who loved life and his grandson.

Doug, Dane, and family,
This is not my preferred way to communicate with you but I want to tell you that the entire family has been in my thoughts for the last 24 hours and you will continue to be on my mind. Please know that if it were possible, I would be there. My visit with John D. in September will remain a special memory to me. I am there with you in spirit and my love goes out to all of you.
