Not sure what to say?

Our condolences to John's family. We just recently found out about John's passing. He serviced our water system since we've been at our home for the past eight years. John was professional, excellent at his work, and was a pleasant person to visit with each time he stopped by. We will miss John.
With love and sympathy, Wes & Pam Grant

To all you writers on this forum, I have loved your sweet words about our beloved Johnny. They are food for my soul. I miss him so much and wish I could talk with him just one more time. Maybe someday in Heaven.

I had so many good memories with John...especially when I was a kid growing up. From boating on the Columbia, the backyard swimming pool and of course the 4th of July, John was there to teach and encourage Tommy, Amy and I. What I loved most about John was his passion for America and the history that brought our Nation together, and how contagious that love was and still is, that I will always remember.

John had a warming presence that brought the secure feeling of "home" to our neighborhood. I've always enjoyed conversations with him as he had an experienced yet humble spirit. John would bring life to the party and a helping hand in dire straights. God bless the Beyeas!
What a wonderful life to be celebrated.

John not only took care of my sometimes water treatment systems, but took care of my soul when he visited.

John took care of our water systems for over ten years. I always enjoyed when he came because he was quite the raconteur! He shared all his house projects, wonderful stories about his family, and his love of Southern California weather. We will miss him, not only for his extensive skills, but also for his friendship.

I am so honored to have know John since the third grade! He was a neighbor and a friend so long ago. Fond thoughts and prayers to his beautiful family.

Master John and his patio student.

Our heart felt love and prayers to your family during this difficult time. Not only did John pass on his Steak Beyea recipe, I also got his superb recipe for BBQ pork ribs and some tips to build the most awesome patio. As I use the word superb, it strikes me as the best word to describe John's heart for life. He approached life with a desire for excellence in all he did. I'll miss our times of conversation and the world will miss the light of Jesus that was evident in John's smile. We pray...

John was a straight shooter. He didn't mince any words, so to speak. Our two families, the Beyeas and the Baffords, had good times getting together for dinner at Gustovs. One of our last dinners together was just last summer for a backyard BBQ at the Beyeas.
See you in heaven John! You're sorely missed!
