Not sure what to say?

May 2018. I just came across this notice today. My father, George Leverence was good friends with Johnny when they were growing up. My dad became a private pilot in 1970 and flew with Johnny in the late 1050's in Johnny's Aeronca aircraft at some small airport near Midway in Chicago. Dad always had good things to say about Mr. Bicek. The pilots are a really cool fraternity.

Another fond memory about John. When we landed in Maui, all 10 of us went grocery shopping. John put 5 or 6 boxes of cereal in their cart and when Dee said John we are only here for a week, he said, but I like cereal.

Sorry we were not able to make the viewing, but Mary and I would like to express our sincere sympathy to your family on the loss of John. Mary and I went to Hawaii and on a cruise with John and Dee and there were 10 0f us. It was attached to a Notre Dame football game. I also had many great breakfasts after Saturday Racquet Ball. Never was able to win a game from him. My best remembrance of John was once after Raquet Ball he said would you like to go to breakfast in Lake Geneva and told him...

THAT'S MY UNCLE! we went to dinner, and then before he did his pre-flight to take off, Uncle took Tim and myself on the plane, he let my 4 yr old son sit in his captain's seat wear his hat and pretend he was the...
