John Robert Biddinger

John Robert Biddinger, 82, a resident since 1959 of Vermilion, Ohio, a native of Macon County, Missouri, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and Korea, and a Truck Driver from 1957 to 1982 for Dealers Transport of Louisville, Kentucky, and E&L Transport of Lorain, Ohio, died at New Life Hospice, St. Joseph, Ohio, on the afternoon of Sunday, July 23, 2000. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 25, 2000, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., with military services by the Vermilion Veterans Council at 7 p.m., at Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion. The family will again receive friends on Thursday, July 27, 7-9 p.m., at Travis Funeral Home, 125 Church Street, LaPlata, Missouri. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, July 28, at 1 p.m., officiated by Reverend John Carswell, Pastor of Community Presbyterian Church. Burial will be at LaPlata Cemetery.
