Not sure what to say?

Lucy and I are saddened to hear of the passing of our good friend Jack. A fine lawyer, friend and human being as well as a great Alabama fan. sam porter

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Bingham's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting him a few times over the years and was always impressed by his gracious manner. He certainly lived an admirable life and touched many people. I know he will be greatly missed by his family, church and community.

No one has to tell you what a wonderful, kind and caring man Jack was ... hundreds of late night consults and plannings were done with him and Jean for Cahaba Girl Scout Council. Could we tell you stories about his humor and lack of direction!!! Their involvement and dedication has literally touched the lives of thousands of girls and even more to come in the future. Thank you for sharing both your parents with us.

As an extended member of the Heacock side of the family, we will certainly miss Jack. We really do have lots of pleasant memories, especially of the Heacock reunions.

Jeanie and Family,

I am so sorry about the loss of your Dad. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. May your memories be a comfort to you.

I will miss Mr. Bingham so much. It was such an honor to know him for the past 6 1/2 years that I have been with Balch&Bingham. He was such a nice and humble person. We will miss him greatly.

We're thinking of you all.
Much love,

Teri and Lauren
