Pete once called me at the old IWT office and I said, "Hello Pete, so how's the weather in Cleveland" to which he responded, "John, the weather's never nice in Cleveland". I had a dinner once in Pittsburgh with Pete, Carl Petty, Frank Maceoce, and Walt Coombs. I can't remember a more enjoyable time. That is how I will remember Pete.
