Not sure what to say?

Mr. Bluhm was an engaging, excellent teacher. He´s one of the primary reasons I ended up with a chemistry degree. Brilliant, funny guy who always made one think. Rest in peace, sir.

He was an excellent chem teacher at Norwin. One time he wrote a test where the front only had a few questions and the majority of the test was on the back. Half the class didn't turn the paper over! He wanted to teach us to be observant! I figured he must have been a believer by how kind and sincere he was to the students.

My deepest sympathies. I enjoyed my chemistry class at Norwin with him. He was such a smart and engaging man. I believe he contributed to my success as a nurse. God bless.

This is very sad news. Jack was my ride to and from school my first couple of years of college & we were friends long after. He was smart, funny, musical and clever. He was the only guy my folks allowed me to ride on a motorcycle with--if they only knew. He used to write me a letter once a year to let me know what he was up to but the letters stopped several years ago. Once he took me and my "tween-aged" daughter on a tour of his favorite things; neither of us will ever forget...Jack was one...

Jack Bluhm was one of the finest teachers/instructors I've ever known. Chemistry during 5th period, he always made the topics so interesting and applicable to common things so you could relate. His entropy example is still embedded in my mind to this day. I had the pleasure of listening to his Gordon Lightfoot renditions (still listen to him) during study period and I loved his witty smile, sly humor, and honest concern to help anyone understand the nuances of chemistry. I entered Penn...

I didn't have him as a teacher, but I remember him in the halls, and new everyone loved him. Years later, he became a pt. at the cardiology office I work at. Such a nice guy! Rest in Peace.

Mr. Bluhm was my chemistry teacher at Norwin back in the 80s. I thought he was such a unique guy. He actually came to my graduation party at my house and I remember thinking how cool it was that he came. I actually still have his graduation card he made for me on a computer. My condolences to his family he was a great guy and he will be missed.

Mr Bluhm was my chemistry teacher at Norwin. He was excellent. One of those teachers you never forget.
