Not sure what to say?

Your Dad was a great guy. He was always upbeat when dealing with the young people at St. Gregory's in Lakewood. He'll be remembered and sorely missed. Our condolences to you and your family

I'm so sorry I missed John's wake.
I remember him cantoring so beautifully for the years that I have attended St. Gregory's Byzantine Catholic Church. You better believe he is still singing up there in heaven. I am glad that he made it with the Easter Vigil singing one of those long epistles!

Dearest Madge. Helen and I were saddened to here of your dad's passing. I feel very fortunate to have met him. He was a good man, as evidenced by his wonderful children. Our sympathies and best wishes to your mom, to you, George, and Stephanie, and to the rest of the family.

"Hello Neighbor" was the greeting John used most often for me. He was the first person to welcome us to Elbur Avenue 33 years ago. Since that time he was a wonderful neighbor and friend. He will always be remembered and very much missed.
There is no doubt that he is at peace in the presence of the angels and the Lord. Our thoughts and prayers are with Betty and the family.

Dear Betty and Family,
We are so sorry for your loss of John. Please know we love you and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Betty Lou and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this time. Cherish each memory - they will give you strength, and John would want that for you.

Betty and family,
We shared a lot of good times at the Navy Reunion. I loved John's good humor. We will miss him very much.

Dearest Betty and Family,
Even though we met a short time ago, we are so glad we had the privilege to meet and enjoy you and John. You are in our hearts.

Dear Betty & Family:
We will always have fond memories of Sonny and his funny stories. May those memories of him give you peace during this time of grief.
Sincerely,
Bill & Elena Hoppel
