Not sure what to say?

Condolences are extended from another "GTE friend" who worked with John in the Education and Training Dept. over the years. My key remembrance of John was his wry sense of humor. Blessings . . .

I met John when he worked at GTE. He was an excellent instructor for the training classes. He was always upbeat and cared for the people he met. My prayers for the family.

As an employee of Falkenburg Academy and co-worker, I would like to send my condolences and to mention that like clockwork every weekday morning,John had a cheery "hello" and smile for me. I will miss him.

I had the honor to teach with John at the Northside Girls Academy and never knew a finer individual. It is with great grief that I write this but I celebrate his life with joy.

I met John around 1971 when we were with GTE. We worked together for about 12 years. John was his own man; meaning he had a view of life and people with which he was consistent. He cared for people and was of help to me during some stressful times. He was an excellant instructor and gave it 100% each time he walked into the classroom. My life was enriched by knowing him and I'm sure others feel the same.

Carolyn, Tiffany, and John John,

My prayers are with each of you. My Uncle John was always a very special person in my life, someone who was loved and respected by everyone who came into his life.
He will be missed dearly by all his family, especially my mom, Betty. I pray God keeps him close.
Love,
Speed

Carolyn, Tiffany & John~you are in my thoughts & prayers. My heartfelt sympathy to all of you. I worked for many years with John at GTE teaching the management education classes that we both loved so much. As a newcomer to that job, John taught me many things that I still carry with me today. One of the most important was to be yourself which was the epitome of the John Bolt that I knew. I love these words from a Josh Groban song: "Fly me up to where you are beyond the distant star I wish...

Carolyn, Tiffany and John(John),

We are thinking of you and praying that you find comfort and peace at this difficult time.

I have many special memories of John from living at home in Birmingham, family visits and even a vacation in Las Vegas. He was the kind of person that you were always comfortable with and enjoyed being around him no matter what the occasion.

May God Bless each of you and may his soul rest in peace.

We here at Falkenburg Academy would like to send out our deepest sympathy to the family. John was a wonderful man and brought joy to our lives each and every day. He will be greatly missed. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
