Dad,
You are missed even more today than you were 2 years ago. Our lives are void of your strength, your courage, your humor, your support and your absolute presence. Not a day goes by without thoughts of you and what a wonderful father you were. I love you now and forever and ever.
Your loving daughter,
Diana

John,
I can't begin to tell you, how much you are missed. What ever we do, it is just not the same without you. When Carl and I talk about you,
it always starts with, what story and what chapter. Your buds.

Dad, your grandson is growing up too damn fast. I see bits of you in him every day. I miss the jokes we had together, the way you saw the world, the first "Hey Josh!" over the phone, listening to you sing and play guitar in the next room when I was supposed to be asleep.
Thank you to everyone for their kind words and support. It means a lot to all of us.

You were no ordinary man, John Bone. You lived your life so well. You loved your family completely. You enjoyed things fully. You made the life of everyone who knew you better. The only thing worse than losing you would be not having known you at all. I miss you very much.

Dearest John Bone, How did you always make any person that came into our family feel so welcome? I feel so fortunate that I knew you my whole life. You are one of my most favorite people to have walked this earth and I miss you.
